PartGowal Company has developed its strategies and policies based on a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of both its stakeholders and the external environment, while also being informed by its internal capabilities. The company aims to create a learning organization that facilitates continuous employee training and lays the foundation for sustainable development, enabling the company to strengthen its presence in the highly competitive domestic and international markets.

To this end, since 2022, the company has taken steps to establish and expand the training unit within the PartGowal Group. This unit focuses on ongoing planning and implementation of specialized and skill-based courses tailored to the training needs of all employees and managers. It also emphasizes the development of social skills and the updating of individuals' knowledge and expertise based on international standards. Additionally, the unit offers family training for employees, aimed at improving interpersonal relationships in their personal lives and boosting employee morale.

With the guidance of the esteemed members of the Supreme Council of Education, the training unit has emphasized the implementation of specialized training for target groups. This year’s educational plan includes on-site visits to industries and mines, utilizing the experiences of successful managers, conducting group work, organizing educational tours, and participating in educational seminars. These activities aim to foster the professional development and growth of employees at both general and specialized levels.
