To this end, since 2022, the company has taken steps to establish and expand the training unit within the PartGowal Group. This unit focuses on ongoing planning and implementation of specialized and skill-based courses tailored to the training needs of all employees and managers. It also emphasizes the development of social skills and the updating of individuals' knowledge and expertise based on international standards. Additionally, the unit offers family training for employees, aimed at improving interpersonal relationships in their personal lives and boosting employee morale.
With the guidance of the esteemed members of the Supreme Council of Education, the training unit has emphasized the implementation of specialized training for target groups. This year’s educational plan includes on-site visits to industries and mines, utilizing the experiences of successful managers, conducting group work, organizing educational tours, and participating in educational seminars. These activities aim to foster the professional development and growth of employees at both general and specialized levels.
